Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Le Monde du Cambodge website and booking our tour services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

Reservations: A booking is confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email along with the required deposit or full payment.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to external factors (e.g., changes in government taxes or national park fee adjustments).
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment gateways.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

30+ days prior to departure: 100% refund (minus any payment processing transaction fees).
15–29 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable.

Cancellation by Angkor Voyage

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), you will receive a 100% full refund or credit to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.

3. Travel Insurance & Liability

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and lost belongings.
Liability: Angkor Voyage acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and local service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers or unexpected events beyond our direct control.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

Passports & Visas: Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates) and the necessary entry visas for the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Respectful Behavior: We expect respectful behavior towards local communities, sacred sites, and our tour staff. We reserve the right to terminate services for any traveler whose behavior disrupts the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others without a refund.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be posted directly on this page with an updated Effective Date.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
